Payments are made through Paypal. For information on their privacy policy, go to www.paypal.com

kissycake does not have access to any of your financial information. Paypal only provides Kissycake with your email and shipping address. Kissycake will keep this information private and will not share it with anyone.

Shipping and Handling

Kissycake ships using USPS Priority Mail. On the day that your order is shipped you will receive an email directly from USPS providing you with a tracking #. Once orders have been shipped out, they should arrive within 2-3 business days. (International orders will take longer).

Bags are custom made to your height. Please allow about 10 working days for delivery. Apparel will be shipped out 2-3 days after order is placed.

Please be sure you make no mistakes when typing your email address while filling out your order as this is the only way Kissycake can communicate with you. Also be sure to submit the correct shipping address along with your order as Kissycake is not resposible for lost packages in the case that the wrong shipping address was provided.

Backorders

Sometimes customer demand exceeds our supply. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately, via e-mail. At that point, you have the choice of waiting for or canceling your order.

Bag Returns

Kissycake Bags are custom made according to your order. Please ask any questions about the bags before placing an order. Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind about the kind of bag or strap length after receiving it. If there are problems with the bag and it is Kissycake's responsibility, we will accept a return and will either fix the bag or provide you with a new one.

In order to make a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your bag and ship the bag back to us within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will not be given after 30 days.

Apparel Returns & Exchanges

If you need to make an apparel return or exchange, please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your item(s). In order to make a return or exchange, please note the following:

Garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and tags still attached. We do not accept items that were worn, washed or improperly handled. If an item was damaged during shipping please notify us immediately.

Returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days (after receiving item(s)) to receive refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will not be given after 30 days.

Kissycake does not refund for shipping charges.

Dimensions

-Bags are 14” wide x 14” high
-Straps are made according to your height and designed to sit by your hip
-Bags are open at the top, no closures

Materials

-Outer shell of bag is 65% polyester / 35% cotton
-Gingham lining is 56% polyester / 44% cotton
-Characters are professionally silk-screened onto the material here in Portland, Oregon.
-Puppy and Poodle bags have pink rhinestones heat pressed onto their collars

Washing Instructions

-Hand wash bag in cold water
-Tumble-dry on low heat or hang dry
-Turn bag inside-out to iron and use a cotton setting with steam.
